Rebates
Private consultations:
A standard 50 minute appointment with one of our psychologists is $195 and the initial assessment is $250. Additional fees may be required depending on the need for extra examinations such as a sleep study or the use of actigraphy. These fees will be discussed with each patient in advance.
Workshops:
The parent workshops are 1.5-2 hours each and are available for a fee of $150.00 per couple or client. There is a rebate of $84.80 to clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia workshops at 2 hours each are available for a fee of $180. These can only be attended after a private initial assessment to determine that it is suitable for you.
Fees can be paid to the receptionist after the appointment by credit card, cash or EFTPOS.
Cancellations:
48 hours notice is required or the full fee will be charged for private consulations and workshops. It is almost impossible to fill these places at short notice.

Clients are able to receive rebates for psychological services from sources including Medicare and some Private Health Funds.
Medicare
The Better Access to Mental Health Initiative provides Medicare rebates to patients for selected mental health services provided by general practitioners (GPs), psychiatrists, psychologists and eligible social workers. Patients can claim $84.80 back from medicare if they carry a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their GP addressed to either Liora Kempler, Delwyn Bartlett or 'Woolcock Psychologists'. Please keep in mind, GPs may charge an additional fee for the MHCP as your appointment may be longer than usual. Please visit the Medicare website for more information.
Private Health Funds
For clients with private health insurance, additional rebates may be available. This will depend on your insurer and your level of cover. Please contact your health fund for more information. It is not possible to claim from both Medicare and your Private Health Fund for the same consultation.
