One on One Consultations
For individuals who are experiencing difficulties with mood or with their sleep (insomnia like symptoms) or their baby's sleep, we would like to see you in clinic one-on-one. We offer a range of therapies including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Importantly, we also work with our clients to adapt to their personal needs. We are also happy to see clients who are uncomfortable working in groups but would like to receive some information about sleep during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
